ABOUT VALERIA
Bio:
Valeria has plenty of experience working with students of all levels and skills. She has a PhD in music and has been working as a piano, music theory and history instructor for 15 years (8 years in Musical College in Ukraine and 7 years as a private teacher in San Diego). Every year her students receiving Certificates in ABRSM and Certificate of Merit programs, winning in local and international competitions: Bach Competition - local and regional level, Romantic Era Competition in San Diego, Concordia Competition in Irvine, Sonata Competition in Carlsbad, Amadeus Awards in Vienna, Fanny Mendelssohn International Competition, Florida Keys International Competition with Gala concert in New York, Pacific Stars Competition in Los Angeles. Her students are performing lockaly in San Diego in Steinway Gallery, libraries, churches, after school programs and outside of California, for instance in Carnegie Hall, New York.​

Valeria has plenty of experience working with students of all levels and skills - from beginners to real experts. No matter who she is teaching, she thrives on seeing her students grow and develop as they discover their musical potential.

ABOUT SOPHIA
Bio:
Sophia has been playing the piano for more than 10 years, and she is excited to be able to share her passion with other new students. She is an experienced student instructor who has won many awards in music, and she'll help you reach your potential and grow your confidence at the keys. She is very friendly and kind and loves working with others!
